Cancellations/Changes to Bookings – Initial Consultations must be paid for at the time of booking and the fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.  We will require 2 business days’ advance notice, however, a change to the date may be made, where possible. Please note that we require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation/change you may wish to make to a follow-up booking. Patients who cancel their follow-up appointment within the 48 hour notice period will incur a late cancellation fee, which is the full cost of the consultation
