Before booking either a consultatiion or a discovery call, please check (if you are planning to use it) with your insurance company whether you are eligible for this type of offering. We are not affiliated with insurance company, however, some insurers do offer funds for Functional Medicine consultations or testing.

Cancellations/Changes to Bookings – Initial Consultations must be paid for at the time of booking and the fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.  We will require 2 business days’ advance notice, however, a change to the date may be made, where possible. Please note that we require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation/change you may wish to make to a follow-up booking. Patients who cancel their follow-up appointment within the 48 hour notice period will incur a late cancellation fee, which is the full cost of the consultation
